    Smells nothing like it

    The 1st time I bought this perfume it was great smelt very similar to Addict. Since then it’s changed and smells nothing like it, I still have one of the originals and they smell completely different to the last one I received. (And very different in colour) I purchased another one recently in the hope it had gone back to the original formula but it’s still nothing like it.

    I spoke with Natalie today regarding the issue with the Dior Addict. It was agreed that we would issue a full refund as Natalie was not happy with the scent. So that we can determined whether it is a batch issue we are sending a sample of a fresh batch and a returns label so the we check the product. We really appreciate honest feedback so that we can improve our products and services. Thank you Natalie for taking the time to write the review and also for speaking with me today.
